The Ocean Between Them
Key Art campaign art direction

My role in this campaign touched every part of the process from creating concepts, to making photo briefs and connecting with the photographer on direction, approving wardrobe, lighting, and poses on set, and the final steps of creating the key art itself. My goal was to have our two leads capture viewers with striking blue-eyed stares as they were surrounded by shallow sparkling water and the expanse of the ocean behind them. Obstacles like not being able to shoot in the water tank on the day of the shoot meant I needed to shift and pivot to adjust poses to something I knew could be composited with water in post production. Very proud of the result and the entire team effort at A+E.
